Additionally, Darren led Deloitte's BC M&A team, specializing in Integration and Separation Advisory. In this capacity, he advised clients on business integrations, EBITDA enhancement, and operational optimization. Over his career, he has overseen more than 50 transactions, totaling over $9 billion in value.

Chris is a seasoned financial leader who co-founded the second largest Canadian dental service organization and significantly expanded a major laboratory company in Canada before its sale to a US competitor. He has a strong history in growth and turnaround situations, with involvement in over $2 billion in acquisitions, public offerings, bond offerings, and numerous banking transactions in Canada and the US, as well as 4 private equity deals.
Beyond finance, Chris has managed ERP system installations and upgrades, built large financial teams, and has expertise in risk management, including cyber protection and financial hedging. He emphasizes cash flow optimization and fosters collaborative relationships, focusing on win-win outcomes with both internal teams and external service providers.
Dr. David Hatton, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. He completed his undergraduate studies in biology at the University of British Columbia and received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC. Dr. Hatton's clinical focus is in aesthetics medicine and has received multiple local awards for his abilities. He takes an evidence-based and individualized approach to patient care, combining traditional naturopathic therapies with modern medical knowledge to provide comprehensive treatment plans. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hatton is a frequent lecturer on natural health topics and has been featured in local media outlets and is the founder and CEO of The Injector Academy. Dr. Krista Hennigar, ND is a naturopathic physician based in Kelowna, British Columbia. Rick has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience in technology and hospitality industries. During that time, he has held progressively senior finance roles with public and private companies. He has supported numerous financing activities helping raise over $700 million of capital. In addition, he was a key contributor in a number of strategic transactions, ranging from $1 million to $3.4 billion, including valuation and integration activities. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and CFA Charterholder.
David is a seasoned investment executive with over 15 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, and investments. Background spanning multiple sectors in both public and private markets having managed over $600 million in investments at prominent banks and as Chief Investment Officer for a family office. Excel in leading executive-level efforts for acquiring, integrating, and rapidly expanding target companies within operational entities. Strengths include strategic insights, financial acumen, and a successful track record of delivering substantial growth and value. Recent transactions include acquiring and integrating a group of primary care/walk-in clinics along with acquiring and expanding a portfolio of multi-residential real estate.
Liah is an established marketing and operations leader, having worked across multiple sectors, from professional services to e-commerce and health and wellness. Liah has overseen all aspects of marketing and operations from rapidly scaling customer acquisition to driving down procurement costs, and has managed brand integrations and synergy projects across multiple acquisitions. She has also overseen integration, rationalization, and value realization across several M&A transactions, with a focus on marketing and operational synergies.
